The wooden lid keeps the contents out of sight and allows the hamper to double as a side table or work surface for folding laundry. Imprinted with the mark of heritage, the Steele logo is hand-applied on the hamper using the original brass stencil from 1921 when the company began producing commercial-grade canvas products.
