“I wanted this space to feel like
everyone’s living room. Holly
and Bruce wanted their
customers to come in and hang
out for a while. We created
lounge areas and chose leather
because it’s comfortable and it
always looks amazing even
when it ages.”

“Because their garage doors are
always open, we wanted things
that would last as long as
possible. And with significant
foot traffic coming through
the space, the solutions needed
to be durable.”

history and the heritage of this
space, but also incorporate a
lot of minimalist principles,
from the artwork to the
contemporary lines and shapes
to the materials we choose, like
marble and concrete.”
