Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat or Belgian beer
- 1 cup sparkling rosé
- ½ cup ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) simple syrup
- Pinch of whole pink peppercorns
- Grapefruit round, grapefruit quarter and thyme sprig, for garnish
Directions
- Add beer, rosé, grapefruit juice and simple syrup to a pitcher or mixing glass and stir. Divide into 2 glasses. Top with pink peppercorn. Garnish each glass with grapefruit slices and fresh thyme.
