- Blooming Hibiscus Cocktail
- 3 ounces gin
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¾ cup hibiscus concentrate (recipe below)
- Hibiscus flowers, for garnish
- Hibiscus Sparkler
- 3 ounces gin
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¾ cup hibiscus concentrate (recipe below)
- ¾ cup prosecco Hibiscus flowers, mint, lime round, for garnish
- Hibiscus Concentrate
- ¼ cup dried hibiscus flowers, or 2 hibiscus tea bags
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1½ cups water

Blooming Hibiscus Cocktail
- Add gin, lime juice and hibiscus concentrate to a mixing glass with ice and stir until combined. Strain into two coupe glasses and garnish with a hibiscus flower.
Hibiscus Sparkler
- Add gin, lime juice and hibiscus concentrate to a mixing glass with ice and stir until combined. Strain into 2 glasses over ice. Top with prosecco and garnish with a hibiscus flower, mint sprig and lime round.
Hibiscus Concentrate
- Add hibiscus flowers (or tea bags), sugar and water to a small saucepan and bring a boil, stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Strain into a jar.
