Berry Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 medium ripe banana, frozen preferred
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 large handfuls spinach
  • 1 small handful kale
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons salted creamy almond butter
  • Toppings: Kiwi, fresh blueberries, coconut chips, granola, lime, mint

Directions

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have frozen fruits, add ½ cup of ice to the blender. Top with kiwi slices, blueberries, coconut chips, granola, lime wedges and mint. Serve immediately.
