- 4 pounds of party wings
- â…“ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- Seasoning Rub Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- â…“ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- Ranch Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup dill, chopped
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
directions
- Pat wings dry and rub with canola oil. Add all seasoning rub ingredients to a bowl and mix. Season wings with the BBQ rub.
- Place the wings in the smoker set to 275°F and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Remove wings, flip, and baste both sides with BBQ sauce. Increase smoker temperature to 300°F and smoke for an additional 30 minutes. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F when done.
- To make the ranch sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl until fully mixed. Transfer to a jar for storing.
