ingredients
- 1 ounces (50 grams) chocolate sauce
- 10 ounces milk
- 2 shots espresso
- Black salt
directions
- To make a hot salted mocha, pour the chocolate sauce into a cup and the milk into a steam pitcher.
- Pull 2 shots of espresso.
- Pour espresso into the cup with the chocolate and stir to combine.
- Steam milk to 140° Fahrenheit and pour milk into chocolate and espresso mixture.
- For an iced version, mix chocolate sauce and espresso shots in a glass, stir in cold milk and add ice cubes.
- Use a salt mill to garnish with a hint of finely ground black salt and enjoy.
