Black Salt Mocha Coffee Recipe

ingredients

  • 1 ounces (50 grams) chocolate sauce
  • 10 ounces milk
  • 2 shots espresso
  • Black salt

directions

  1. To make a hot salted mocha, pour the chocolate sauce into a cup and the milk into a steam pitcher.
  2. Pull 2 shots of espresso.
  3. Pour espresso into the cup with the chocolate and stir to combine.
  4. Steam milk to 140° Fahrenheit and pour milk into chocolate and espresso mixture.
  5. For an iced version, mix chocolate sauce and espresso shots in a glass, stir in cold milk and add ice cubes.
  6. Use a salt mill to garnish with a hint of finely ground black salt and enjoy.
