Give classic black and white. Present your present in our distinguished new two-tone gift box. Crate and Barrel grosgrain ribbon hints at the wonderful things inside. Choose from two ways to box your gift(s): One Box for Each Item (CAD 6.50 per box) or One Box for All Items (CAD 6.50). Certain items do not qualify for gift boxing, including oversized and heavy items. However, we will gladly enclose a gift message free of charge with any order. If no box is selected, most items will still ship in a standard Crate and Barrel box at no charge.

Gift Cards

Our Gift Cards are presented in an envelope with a letter and your personalized message. Gift Card orders received by 2 pm PT will be shipped out the end of the following business day. Standard Canada Post or Courier delivery is CAD 2.00 and should arrive within 4–9 business days. Express delivery is CAD 15.99 and will be delivered in 2–3 business days (tracking included.)

Returns and Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order. To return items shipped by Basic Freight or In-Home Delivery, please call Customer Service at 888-780-5873. An exchange, credit or refund will be issued for the item value and any taxes charged. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
