Trundle Beds
Trundle Beds for the Entire Family
With a trundle bed, you can easily add extra sleeping or storage space to the bedroom or guest room. Does your little one often host sleepovers? Provide them with a trundle bed in their big kid room for when they have friends over. Once bedtime comes around, roll out the extra mattress from beneath the bed. Be sure to cover it with a soft cotton sheet set and a fluffy blanket, then add pillows for additional comfort. When the slumber party is over, use the wheels on bottom to glide the trundle back under the bed. If you’re hosting an overnight guest in the spare room, consider using a sleeper sofa with a trundle bed. All they have to do when getting ready to rest is pull out the bottom section, then push it back when they awaken in the morning. For families looking for extra storage space, remove the mattress from the trundle bed and use the open space to store linens, bedding, clothing and other everyday essentials.
