Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • Large handful of spinach
  • 1 cup pink dragonfruit (pitaya)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 ripe mango, cubed
  • Juice of one lime
  • ½ inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • Toppings: Fresh strawberries, fresh raspberries, coconut chips, granola, fresh mango, lime, blood orange, dragonfruit pieces

Directions

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Top with strawberries, raspberries, coconut chips, granola, mango slices, lime wedges, blood orange slices and dragonfruit pieces. Serve immediately.
