Coffee & Lemonade Cocktail
Need an afternoon sipper? Make it extra refreshing by mixing equal amounts cold brew and lemonade—yes, lemonade—as the base (known as a Laura Palmer) before adding spirits. We like adding an ounce of vodka or bourbon.
Warmer temperatures are here—hooray! And for all of us coffee lovers (raises hand very high), warmer temps mean we’re trading a hot mug for a chilled glass. To celebrate the season of cold brew and iced lattes, we have three tasty iced coffee cocktails to try this summer.
We love that these chilled coffee cocktails are simple to pull together and are great for taking your favorite way to caffeinate beyond the morning routine.

Oh, how we love this chilled-out version of everyone’s favorite comfort coffee drink. If you’re used to whipping up iced lattes at home, this process is similar, except you’re adding an ounce of vanilla vodka to the frothy drink. For an extra-decadent treat, pour into a wine glass and top with irish cream.

Like peanut butter and chocolate, coffee mixed into an Old Fashioned is a taste sensation, we promise. You can either use one ounce of chilled espresso or coffee liqueur. Simply add the coffee option of your choice to a classic Old Fashioned: bourbon whiskey, water, orange rind and simple syrup. Pair this cocktail with s’mores for a next-level summer treat.
