Ingredients: 2 cups cubed honeydew, frozen; 2 cups ice; 4 ounces rum; Juice of 2 small limes; 2 tablespoons honey syrup; 20 mint leaves; Fresh mint, lime round and white edible flower, for garnish; ½ cup honey; ? cup water

Cocktail Ingredients:
2 cups cubed honeydew, frozen
2 cups ice
4 ounces rum
Juice of 2 small limes
2 tablespoons honey syrup
20 mint leaves
Fresh mint, lime round and white edible flower, for garnish
Honey Syrup Ingredients:
½ cup honey
⅔ cup water

Directions

To make the honey syrup, add honey and water to a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool and transfer to a jar.
To make the cocktail, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with fresh mint and lime.
