- 2 cups cubed honeydew, frozen
- 2 cups ice
- 4 ounces rum
- Juice of 2 small limes
- 2 tablespoons honey syrup
- 20 mint leaves
- Fresh mint, lime round and white edible flower, for garnish
- Honey Syrup Ingredients:
- ½ cup honey
- â…” cup water
Directions
- To make the honey syrup, add honey and water to a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool and transfer to a jar.
- To make the cocktail, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with fresh mint and lime.
