A vibrant table, rooted in heritage. Inspired by colors in the West African culinary world, Chef Eric Adjepong designed this plate glazed a dark grey hue that references the pots used for roasting and cookery. The plate is part of his Didi dinnerware collection, which features organic shapes, vivid colors and earthy neutrals. We love the way the glossy charcoal finish contrasts with the natural recycled clay underside. The striking salad plate is perfectly sized for fufu, bofrot and other Ghanaian favorites as well as salads, sandwiches and pastries.
Star chef and cookbook author Eric Adjepong combines his West African heritage and NYC upbringing in our exclusive new collection designed to spark bold flavors and joyful gatherings.
