- 1 box Pumpkin Spice Quickbread Mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
directions
- Lightly grease an 8x4in loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, oil and eggs. Stir in Quickbread Mix until blended. Do not overmix. Pour the pumpkin spiced bread batter into prepared pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove the pumpkin quickbread from the oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Then remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack. Loaf will keep for 3 days or can be frozen after baked; wrap well.
