- French 75 Ginger Syrup
- ¼ cup ginger, skinned and thinly sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- French 75
- 1½ ounces gin
- ½ ounces lemon juice
- ½ ounces ginger syrup
- 2–3 ounces sparkling wine
- Lemon twist, to garnish
- Sparkling Raspberry Sidecar
- 3–4 raspberries
- 1 ounce cognac
- 1 ounce orange liqueur
- ¾ ounce lemon juice
- Sparkling wine
- Extra raspberries, for garnish
- Refreshing Pomegranate Mocktail
- 2 ounces Seedlip (or coconut water or green tea)
- 1 ounce pomegranate juice
- ½ ounce lime juice
- ½ ounce ginger syrup
- 2 ounces tonic water
- Pomegranate seeds or fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

French 75 Ginger Syrup
- Use a peeler to remove the skin from several pieces of ginger root.
- Slice thinly and combine ginger, sugar and water in a saucepan.
- Simmer over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves, then gently simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain syrup through a fine sieve to remove solids and let cool.
French 75 Cocktail - The Past
- Combine all ingredients, except for sparkling wine, in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain into a stemmed glass and add sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Sparkling Raspberry Sidecar - The Present
- Muddle raspberries in a cocktail shaker and combine all ingredients, except for sparkling wine. Add ice and shake. Finely strain into a stemmed glass. Add sparking wine and drop some fresh raspberries into the glass for garnish.
Refreshing Pomegranate Mocktail - The Future
- Combine all ingredients, except for tonic water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass or stemmed glass and top with tonic water. Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds or a sprig of rosemary.
