ingredients

  • 1½ ounces gin
  • 1 ounce Lillet Blanc
  • ½ ounce Suze gentian liqueur
  • 8 ounces dry prosecco
  • Lemon twists or dehydrated lemon slices, to garnish

directions

  1. Add the gin, Lillet Blanc and Suze into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15–20 seconds until well-chilled. Add the prosecco and stir to combine.
  2. Strain into 2 rocks glasses over fresh ice. Garnish each White Negroni Spritz with a lemon twist or a dehydrated lemon slice.
