summary
No words needed for this one! If you're a Negroni fan, you'll love this riff on a traditional Negroni that's made into a spritz. It's summer in a glass. Also hot tip—if you can find the mini proseccos in 8-ounce cans, grab a six-pack of those so you're not in any danger of wasting prosecco if you're just making this White Negroni Spritz recipe for one or two people!
ingredients
- 1½ ounces gin
- 1 ounce Lillet Blanc
- ½ ounce Suze gentian liqueur
- 8 ounces dry prosecco
- Lemon twists or dehydrated lemon slices, to garnish
directions
- Add the gin, Lillet Blanc and Suze into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15–20 seconds until well-chilled. Add the prosecco and stir to combine.
- Strain into 2 rocks glasses over fresh ice. Garnish each White Negroni Spritz with a lemon twist or a dehydrated lemon slice.
