- ½ cup finely chopped bittersweet chocolate
- ¼ cup heavy cream
directions
- Place finely chopped chocolate in a small mixing bowl. Heat the heavy cream in a microwave or small saucepan until hot.
- Pour over chopped chocolate, let sit for 2 minutes and whisk until smooth. Serve immediately.
