ingredients
- 10 frozen cherries, pitted
- 8 raspberries
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
directions
- Place all ingredients into the base of the Beast mini blender. Secure the top and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and enjoy at once.

If you are making this cherry berry protein smoothie recipe in the winter, use frozen cherries. If you are making it in the summer, use fresh cherries and either frozen raspberries or a couple ice cubes.
You will have best results if at least one of your fruits is frozen.
Choose your favorite milk: dairy, almond, soy, oat, etc.
Use unflavored protein powder if you really want to taste the cherry flavor. We find that vanilla and chocolate protein powders take over the flavoring.
